Long time no see

I seem to be utterly unable to update things like blogs, Instagram-accounts and suchlike frequently. I seldom update at all. Soyrry 'bout that! Lately I've spent all my time with my small children, at work or training for marathons. Music have been on standby. Change will come though, cause  it's nigh on impossible for me to be away from the music for a long time. And there's also an album half baked on my hard drive, begging for love.
